Hi, I’m Bri!

I am so glad that you are here! My true purpose is to support women on their journey of empowering themselves. It is my mission to help you find the inner courage to dig deeper within yourself to learn about who you truly are and what you want out of life. Through our partnership, you will develop awareness and clarity on what is holding you back in life. Through uncovering deeper parts within yourself, you will be able to find your voice and create alignment of your thoughts, words and actions in order to embody your authentic self.

I am a certified Life Coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School and I also hold a Masters Degree in Behavioral Science from Mercy College.

During the past ten years, I have been teaching across elementary school grade levels where I developed a deeper perspective and understanding of social and emotional development. I am confident in my ability to help you get to the root of your limiting beliefs, behavior, or conflict.

I was called to the field of Life Coaching after reflecting on my own personal development. I started my journey in 2018 when I became obsessed with self help books. I was in my twenties living what I thought was my “best life.” It wasn’t until I hit my rock bottom and I had to figure out where I fit in the world. I was at my lowest point, experiencing self-doubt, low self esteem, and I didn’t have a sense of direction. I needed time to get clear on what I wanted out of life.

I began to exercise, journal, and practice meditation. I became obsessed with learning how the brain works, habit formation, and manifesting the life I truly wanted. These are some of the tools that allowed me to embody my authentic self and find inner peace.

Throughout my journey I realized that relationships are the most important. It is about having people around you who will hold up a mirror so you can see what is truly happening in your life. It is about having honest conversations, being courageous and vulnerable. I can be that support for you!

MY COACHING METHOD

  • Notice

    We will focus on developing awareness by identifying where you are in life and where you want to be. We will uncover the source of limiting beliefs, behaviors, and/or patterns that are in the way of you achieving your goals.

  • Shift

    We will use the clarity from the first stage to create a plan to shift your perspective and come up with new beliefs around who you want to be and how you want to show up in the world.

  • Rewire

    We will develop new habits that are supportive of the life you want to live. Through consistency and repetition you will take small steps to get you closer to your ultimate goal.

  • Reflection

    We will check in at various points to reflect on what is going well and what is challenging. We will discuss the level of comfort or discomfort from the activities and information we learn while digging deeper.
